Communications - Great communications with the quote - confirming thery were on their way and followups. WELL DONE I was so happy ti wanted to tip for the work done I asked Paul later if the tip is shared or goes to the person doing that work - Paul confirmed the tips go to the person doing the clearning - YAY Will was deserving for his cleaning dilligence."
