Paul did a very good job of clearing our roof of moss. The roof had not previously been cleaned and was about 12 years old, so he had a bit of a job to do. I was impressed with how careful the crew were with regards to safety and passers-by, as the building is on a busy street. They took care to see that all the gutters were cleared when they were finished and that all the stray bits had been cleaned up. I appreciated that they came when they said they would and got the job done - there was no upselling or excuses. I will ask for their help again!
